THE SECRET LAW OF WEALTH CREATION - THE LAW OF THE FARM

Wealth Creation obeys the law of the farm. A farmer sows, tills the soil, weeds around the sown seed.

He then waits patiently for the seed to germinate and grow and mature. During this waiting period, he toils and goes hungry. Finally, the harvest comes, he has abundance!

In creating wealth, one must obey the law of the farm. It is a universal law that guides creation.

The existence of the human race is based on that law. That is why a couple waits for 9 months to have a baby. During this period, the woman endures the pain and discomfort of pregnancy and finally, labours before beholding the baby.

Your seed is your capital; from savings or otherwise. Your farm is your investment platform; e.g. business, stocks, real estate etc. You must wait for the seed to grow and become fruit before feeding on it. Otherwise, there shall be no harvest. Worse still, there shall be no seed to plant next season!!

The commonest error in creating wealth is to harvest and feed on your seed before harvest time.

Another error is to forget to protect and water your seed until it grows strong enough to stand on its own. There is a waiting time, even after it grows strong. The fruit comes later. Wait patiently for it.

APPLICATION OF THE LAW OF THE FARM

Have a long term view of wealth creation, save at least 10-30% of what you earn. It doesn’t matter what you earn, you must LEARN to save or you will NEVER be wealthy.

Remember, if you cannot save N1,000 when you are earning N10,000 per month, you will be unable to save N10,000 when you start earning N100,000 per month!! And so on.

If you earn N50,000 per month and you save 10% monthly, you shall have N5,000 X 12 = N60,000 per year! If you do this for 5 years (even if there is no salary increase) you shall have N60,000 X 5 = N300,000! There are several things you can start with N300,000 even now. You can even buy a land.
